Information we collect

Contact details

Name, email, company, and any message you send when you reach out or start a project.

Shopify merchant data

Store URL/ID, installed scopes, app settings, billing status, and data required for app functionality (e.g., metafields, orders metadata, theme/app extension settings) — accessed only with permissions you grant via Shopify OAuth.

Usage & diagnostics

Event logs, performance metrics, error traces, and basic device/session info to keep systems fast and stable.

We avoid collecting sensitive categories of data. If a feature requires additional data, we’ll explain why and request permission first.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve our apps, websites, and services.
  • Authenticate your store and maintain secure integrations with Shopify.
  • Deliver support, respond to inquiries, and send essential service updates.
  • Monitor reliability, enforce performance budgets, and prevent abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.
